I mean I know basic Excel, such as making simple charts and simple math formulas, and basic formatting. Do I need to know anything more than that, for customer service? I?ll be on the phone all day? >.>

That would honestly depend on what Customer Service tasks you would be working on. Not all Customer Service positions are the same and 99% will require different knowledge than a previous job you may have had. Being proficient is a great stepping stone for you. Some do not even have that.
